Nasiol Blue | Premium Professional Heavy Cut Compound System (1kg)

Two distinct formulas. One relentless cut. Engineered for custom professional paint correction.

Deep scratches, severe oxidation, and heavy swirl marks require industrial-grade leveling power. The Nasiol Heavy Cut Compound System features two advanced, master-tier cutting liquids—Nasiol RED and Nasiol BLUE—developed strictly for professional detailing environments.

Both formulations feature an aggressive, high-efficiency P1200-grit sand scratch removal rating. Engineered with cutting-edge Diminishing Abrasive Technology (DAT), the time-released abrasive particles deliver a powerful initial bite to level deep defects, then break down into a fine polishing medium to leave a clear, low-haze finish. While both bottles share the exact same raw cutting power, they are engineered with distinct working characters (lubrication, open time, and drag traits), allowing master detailers to select the exact formulation that complements their specific machine stroke and technique.

Why Detailers Choose the Red & Blue Cutting System

  • Industrial P1200 Defect Leveling: Effortlessly cuts through severe car wash scratches, deep spiderweb swirls, heavy oxidation, bird drop etching, and P1200-grit damp sanding marks.

  • Diminishing Abrasive Precision: Contains advanced time-released abrasives that maintain a controlled behavior on the panel, maximizing safety while delivering predictable paint leveling.

  • Extended Anti-Gummy Work Cycle: Formulated to resist premature drying, panel sticking, and gumming—offering an exceptionally long working window for complex multi-pass correction.

  • Low-Dusting Clean Technology: Minimizes abrasive dust generation during long cycles, keeping your shop environment clean and protecting sensitive adjacent panels from compound residue.

  • 100% Silicone & Filler Free: Contains zero waxes, glaze oils, or hidden silicones. What you see is a permanent, true optical correction—defects are completely eradicated and will not return after a wash.

  • Universal Machine & Paint Synergy: Formulated to operate seamlessly across all paint types, performing flawlessly on both heavy-torque Rotary and long-throw Dual-Action (DA) polishers.

Red vs. Blue: Choosing Your Correction Weapon

While both formulas share an identical defect-removal rating, matching the compound to your machine style and shop environment maximizes paint correction throughput:

Feature & Character Matrix Nasiol RED Nasiol BLUE
Abrasive Cut Level 9 / 10 (Aggressive Defect Leveling) 9 / 10 (Aggressive Defect Leveling)
Sanding Scratch Capacity Up to P1200 Grit Marks Up to P1200 Grit Marks
Primary Workflow Fit Optimized for fast, high-heat leveling passes. Formulated for a highly slick, wet-lubricated cycle.
Preferred Machine Pairing Exceptional response on high-speed Rotary Polishers. Exceptionally stable on long-throw Dual-Action (DA) Polishers.
Detailer Preference Style Chosen by technicians who prefer a rapid flash and crisp, fast breakdown. Chosen by technicians who prefer maximum open time and effortless microfiber towel wipe-offs.

Step-by-Step Paint Correction Protocol

To ensure a flawless finish and pristine clear coat clarity, follow this professional multi-stage workflow practiced daily in our Lake Forest facility:

  1. Decontaminate the Substrate: Meticulously wash and dry the vehicle. If the paintwork exhibits bonded contaminants, execute a mechanical decontamination pass using a premium clay bar and lubricant, then wash and dry the vehicle once more.

  2. Surgical Masking: Securely cover all unpainted plastic trims, textured moldings, rubber weatherstripping, emblems, and headlight lenses using high-quality automotive masking tape to prevent compound staining.

  3. Pad Selection & Setup: Select your machine platform (Rotary or DA) and pair it with a heavy cutting wool, microfiber, or coarse foam cutting pad. Shake the Nasiol bottle thoroughly before opening.

  4. Load & Distribute: Apply 4 to 5 pea-sized drops of compound to your pad. Working in a manageable $2' \times 2'$ ($1\text{m}^2$) grid section, spread the compound across the paint on low speed to prevent product slinging.

  5. Execute the Pass: Increase your machine to correction speed (Setting 4–5 on a DA, or 1200–1500 RPM on a Rotary). Move the machine in a slow, tight crosshatch pattern (overlapping vertical and horizontal passes), letting the diminishing abrasives execute the full breakdown cycle.

  6. Wipe & Inspect: Once the compound transitions into a light, semi-transparent film, shut down your machine. Immediately wipe away the residual oils using a clean, plush microfiber towel. Inspect your correction progress with an inspection light.

  7. The Finishing Phase: To transition the corrected paint into a flawless, mirror-like reflection ready for ceramic coating bonding, follow up this heavy cut pass using Nasiol Blue Finish Polish.
